Ingredients:
- 100 grams bresaola, thinly sliced
- 100 grams salame piccante, thinly sliced
- 100 grams capocolla, thinly sliced
- 100 grams saucisson black pepper edge, thinly sliced
- 1 ball of burrata, cut open
- 100 grams of Provolone, sliced
- 50 grams of shaved Parmesan
- 50 grams of Taleggio, one piece
- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, halved
- 1 cup grilled zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup grilled eggplant, sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Preparation method:
1.
Preparing the ingredients: Make sure all ingredients are ready to use. Cut the bresaola, salame piccante, capocolla and saucisson into thin slices. Cut the mozzarella and provolone into slices and lightly toast the baguette.
2.
Layout of the dish: Choose a beautiful glazed plate with an upright edge, preferably in a color that contrasts nicely with the meats and vegetables, such as deep blue or terracotta.
3.
Arranging the meats: Start by arranging the bresaola, salame piccante, capocollo and the saucisson black pepper on the plate. Make small roses or fans for an attractive presentation.
4.
Add cheeses: Place the burrata in the middle and cut or tear it open, place the Provolone and Taleggio around it opposite each other on the plate, alternating between the meats. Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan over the other ingredients for extra flavor and texture.
5.
Vegetables and olives: Add the green olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, grilled zucchini, and grilled eggplant to the dish. Ensure an even distribution and a nice color combination.
6.
Baguette: Place the slices of toasted baguette around or on a separate small dish next to the antipasto dish.
7.
Finishing: Sprinkle lightly with extra virgin olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar for extra flavor and a nice shine.
8.
Serving: Serve the antipasto dish immediately. This versatile and tasty dish is perfect as a starter for a dinner, a social gathering or as part of an extensive lunch.
