However, as a bridge between two worlds, he often found himself at a crossroads: the delicious dishes he discovered were not in line with his halal lifestyle.

Inspired by his Moroccan roots and the versatile Dutch culture, he dreamed of a place where these worlds come together, a place where no lover of good taste would feel left out.

This vision led him to a discovery in France: a halal butcher shop that offered charcuterie, a rare find that made his heart beat faster. This moment marked the beginning of the mission to make halal meat delicacies available in the Netherlands, supported by a network of halal brothers, entrepreneurs and small farms as suppliers.
